Day or night activities, eat insects, fruits, reeds, leaves, and occasionally eat birds. Group individually or as a family. There is dormancy, some for only three days, some for several weeks. The gestation period is 120-150 days, the babies are born from September to November, one baby is born per fetus, and the sexual maturity is 18 months. Distributed in Madagascar.
