How do Osprey (cormorant) fish?

Osprey is another name for cormorant. They are good at swimming and diving. They often stand in dead branches and rocks in the water to look for prey. Once they find it, they immediately dive into the water to prey, and then bring the fish to the surface of the water and swallow it into a wide throat. They sometimes hunt fish like other cormorants and pelicans. Because of this characteristic, fishermen often fish with domesticated cormorants.
